The Future of Hair Extensions: 53% of Black women use synthetic hair on a regular basis. Every third synthetic hair user suffers from itching or scalp irritation. 67% of synthetic hair users don’t know about the harmful chemicals often used in the fibers. Kynd Hair is changing the hair extension industry one braid at a time by creating the first plant-based, hypoallergenic hair extensions, made from plants – fairly produced in Germany. In this way founder Cosima Richardson is addressing the two major problems caused by most conventional hair extensions: sustainability and health.

Fairness, sustainability, functionality and transparency are the core values of the brand that are communicated in a bold and confident way: clean typography and minimalistic design meet lively photography embracing nature.
