C. Matthey is a family-owned bookbinding manufacturer with a deep passion for their craft. By launching three DIY bookbinding boxes—Poems & Ballads, Fairytales, and Notebooks—they hope to share this passion by allowing people to experience the art of bookbinding firsthand. Each box contains everything needed to create your own miniature books: beautifully crafted covers made from traditional Italian marbled paper, inside pages for six books, essential tools, step-by-step instructions, and fascinating insights to impress your peers.

The design of the boxes draws inspiration from two key elements. First, the meticulous attention to detail that goes into every product, reflected in elegant typography, informative content, delicate illustrations, and special touches like the colored logo embossing on the box. Second, the vibrant Italian marbled paper—not only featured on the book covers but also wrapped around the high-quality carton box as a decorative banderole.
